About Ready Keiki
Ready Keiki is Hawaiʻi’s statewide initiative to expand access to prekindergarten for every 3- and 4-year-old, led by the Executive Office on Early Learning. Launched in January 2023, the initiative advances the vision of Act 46 (2020), the state’s landmark measure to ensure universal access to pre-K by the year 2032.
